There's nothing quite as satisfying as doing something "on your own". So ... when someone suggested that, if I wanted to fish, I should first "build a boat", I jumped at the prospect. I've never owned a boat before, much less built one but the idea appealed to me. It took a while, but it's finished and now I can fish anytime I want.
Doing something "on your own" doesn't mean "all by yourself". I got a lot of good advice from the folks who knew more about certain aspects of boat building than I did. The result, a boat that floats and handles well.
Buying, or selling, a home isn't that much different. The smart person, will take advice from those he, or she trusts and who's "been there". When you're ready, call me. I'm here to help.
